Reporting to the Vice President of Academics, the Instructional Designer will support the entire organizations virtual campus with a specific focus on training and instructional design and supporting instructors in their ability to move their courses to an online/hybrid delivery modality. This position will also provide research and direction on the development of a e-strategy. The Instructional Designer will have an active role in the Colleges Technology and Classroom Technology Committees.
Required Qualifications:
- A four-year Bachelor of Education Degree and a Professional A Teaching Certificate with experience in instructional design and development for online education and multimedia training and evaluation is preferred. However, a Bachelors degree from a recognized institution, instructional design and development for online education and multimedia training and evaluation, may be considered a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check will be required.
