The Moose Jaw Housing Authority is currently hiring a permanent, fulltime Administration Clerk. Do you enjoy working with the public, seeing a project through from start to completion, and being part of a great team? If this sound like you, please read on!
Education/Experience:
Office Education certification plus one (1) year experience in an administration or office setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated abilities:
-accustomed to a busy office routine, procedures, and equipment.
-knowledgeable and comfortable using software programs, such as: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Internet applications.
-perform calculations required for successful job performance.
-possess well-developed organizational skills.
-multi-tasking in an active business office environment.
-knowledge, experience, and a strong desire to work with seniors, families, and/or typical tenants.
-work effectively in a team-based environment.
