The successful applicant will provide practical and theoretical instruction in all aspects related to Health Care Cooking as outlined in the Saskatchewan Polytechnic curriculum. Responsibilities include planning, developing, and delivering instruction; evaluating student performance; providing guidance, presenting workshops and demonstrations; and liaising with industry. Duties include instructing all courses within the Health Care Cooking program with the exceptions of NUTR102, NUTR103, and NUTR105.
Required Qualifications:
- Grade XII, with an Interprovincial Journeyperson Cook, or a Food and Nutrition Management Diploma with a Red Seal certification and a current membership, in good standing, with the Saskatchewan Society of Nutrition Management.
- 2 years of recent relevant health-care cooking experience.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check will be required.
