Description

The successful applicant will provide practical and theoretical instruction in all aspects related to Nutrition in Health Care Cooking, as outlined in the Saskatchewan Polytechnic curriculum.  Responsibilities include planning, developing, and delivering instruction; evaluating student performance; providing guidance, presenting workshops and demonstrations; and liaising with industry.  Duties include instructing the NUTR102, NUTR103, and NUTR105 courses within the Health Care Cooking program.

Required Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian registered with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association, and accreditation from an approved post-secondary program.
- Current registration with provincial governing body
- 2 years of recent relevant experience
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check will be required.
