Responsibilities
Develop and direct the organization's marketing strategy to capitalize on current and potential market opportunities
Direct, monitor, assess, and report on all marketing programs
Provide effective leadership and management of the Central Office Marketing team
Develop, coordinate, and evaluate company-wide promotions intended to increase patronage and revenue
Create and implement systems, policies, and processes to review, track, and analyze all marketing programs
Analyze and report on marketing data, programs, and budget to the VP of Marketing and the senior leadership team
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Commerce with Marketing or another Marketing discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Marketing
Critical thinker with great intuition to make decisions swiftly
Superior communicator, both orally and written
Patient and collaborative leader dedicated to listening to "the voice of the customer"
Experience in travel, tourism, or entertainment is preferred but not necessary
