Core Responsibilities:
Build annual budgets including Marketing plans and Parts Sales growth strategies.
Lead, mentor and guide Parts Managers and technicians to ensure operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
Identify opportunities for departmental enhancements to systems and processes.
Build internal relationships by collaborating with all departments within the dealership.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous parts and management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A strong desire to continuously learn and advance your skill set.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
