Looking to work with a fun, young(ish) team in a quickly growing company with tonnes of potential to grow and try new things? We are in need of a handy, organized and detailed Warehouse Coordinator to help us manage all things coming and going from the building, with the exception of people and our door greeter Louis.  Check out our social media pages  to see all the fun and fast-paced action we have going on at BSF Restaurant Equipment. Interested? Were looking for you to:  
    Ensure that merchandizing areas are organized and presentable for customers.
    Analyze space usage for functionality and appearance.
    Manage the shipping and receiving workflow including picking orders and receiving shipments
    Use inventory management software to track incoming and outbound inventory.
    Ensures outbound shipments are complete and safely packed for transport.
    Review open and closed sales orders and invoices and coordinate deliveries.
    Assign tasks and work orders to warehouse laborers.
    Creates and files sales orders, invoices,  packing lists, and other documentation.
    Manages the workflow of incoming equipment from intake, testing, detailing, through to merchandizing.  
    Tests equipment within your skillset, document and track equipment status, condition, and parts needed. Provide work estimates for detailing and service.
    As needed, assemble and detail equipment including operating light power tools.

    Has some general handy skills and basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
    Has a Class 5 drivers license
    Is organized and keep track of all the equipment going in and out.
    Can work with Excel sheets and our inventory software.
