We're looking for a Member Service Rep to join our team for a summer term from June through August 2022. This position will be based out of Yellow Grass or Lang, Saskatchewan. As the face of WCU, you are responsible for ensuring our members are receiving the best experience possible. The successful candidate will process routine teller/cash transactions, respond to general inquiries and concerns, and recommend the appropriate financial products to assist members in reaching their financial goals.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in University or College, with preference given to individuals in Business or Commerce programs.
Previous work experience in a customer service role will be considered an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
