Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and supervise recreation programs for all company/contractor employees
-Liaison with Recreation board and committees
-Maintain and ensure proper use of equipment and facilities by establishing rules and policies
-In coordination with Recreation board prepare annual camp Recreation budget, maintain expenses and operating costs, and ensure proper accounting and collection of fees are kept current
-Facilitate site tours and Organize site events
-Provide support for HR Advisors and HR&T Department
-Coordinate recreation related activities and programs for all company employees, through surveys and discussions with employees
-Promote and develop volunteer participation in recreation activities
-Provide long term recreation activity plan
-Administer and evaluate programs on an on-going basis by establishing calendar of events; long term and short term through surveys and discussions with employees, these will meet demands of employees and goals that have been established by the
-Maintain proper care and use of facilities and equipment
-Organize and host various special events and tours on site
-Liaison with camp (food and lodging) administration and recreation board
Skills and Qualifications:
-Must be a resident of Saskatchewans North (RSN)
-Must have grade 12 diploma or equivalent and possess a Recreation diploma/certificate or relevant experience. A degree in Kinesiology is preferred.
-Computer knowledge required, SAP experience an asset
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-Previous administrative experience is an asset
-Good writing and oral communication skills
Work Location & Schedule:
-McClean Lake
-Flexible rotational schedule
-Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
