Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers;
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
May clean kitchen and work area;
Check food before it is served to customers;
Make sure all the food is stored in appropriate containers at proper holding temperatures;
Handle, store and rotate all products properly;
Maintain food quality of Trifons pizza;
Maintain accurate record of wastage.
Skills: Culinary skills, ability to work in fast paced environment, attention to detail, multi-tasking.
Education: Secondary education is required.
Work: 1-2 years of work experience is required.
