Provide customer service at reception by answering phones, welcoming visitors, and providing administrative support for projects and within the organization as a whole. In this supportive role, you will develop a good understanding of construction sequencing and project administration functions.

Who We Are Looking For
-Minimum one (1) year of industry experience in administration, project coordination or document control with an Engineering, Architectural or Construction firm.
-Comfortable using Microsoft
-Any experience with Deltek Ajera, Site Docs, Sharefile, Bluebeam would be considered an asset
-Knowledge of project status, project stages and construction sequencing
-Strong understanding of administration functions
-General business skills
-Proficiency with keyboarding skills
