Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Reception & Service Administrator in Saskatoon, SK to work for our client, a leading independent supplier of heavy equipment solutions for earth moving and construction industries across North America. Responsibilities:
Answer telephones promptly and filter calls to ensure proper transfer
Create and open work orders, as well as closing work orders & scan to customer
Work with CDK software systems to ensure accuracy of technicians time posted and work order information is complete
Provide Data Miners to management and keep high profile on internal work orders on monthly basis
Greet walk in traffic, ensure visitors sign in at facility and ensure security at gate entrance
Process invoices and payments, as well as filing, archiving and office processing
Communicating timecards with remote employees and ordering of office supplies
Assist Senior Management and providing support to Service Manager
Qualifications:
A high school diploma and 5 + years of office experience, secondary education is an asset
Good computer knowledge, keyboarding skills and excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good multi-tasking ability, specific skill requisites
Customer driven and highly organized
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
