Office Manager
Our busy rural early learning facility offers an enriching program for children 6 weeks to 12 years. Currently, we are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to fill a Part-time office manager position starting May 27, 2022. This position is responsible for all the administration of the center including staff payroll, completing all monthly financial statements through the use of Quickbooks, researching and applying for grants, developing the annual operating budget, completing all annual licensing requirements, insurance, and school contracts as well as record-keeping, bank reconciliations and reporting financial status to the Board every month. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced early childhood environment with a high level of professionalism.
Monthly Salary Annual Increase
Other requirements include:
Degree or certificate in business management or accounting from an accredited institution
Working knowledge of Quickbooks
Ability to prepare budgets and financial reports
