We are looking for an adaptable, articulate and highly-motivated professional who can lead the Regina Branch Program Department.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will plan, implement and monitor programs and services as appropriate, including program outcomes and financial results for the region, and ensures continuity and flexibility in meeting the needs of program recipients. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing annual operating plans, submitting budgets with related rationales, performing monthly monitoring and completing projections to meet annual targets. The candidate will also be responsible for hiring, supervising and developing direct reports in a department of over 60 staff members. On occasion, this position will be required to be on-call for the residential services program.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-  A relevant undergraduate degree (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
-  A valid drivers license.
-  Five years related experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
-  Proven leadership, communication, managerial and budget management skills.
-  Strong public speaking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-  Possess proficient computer skills with an aptitude to learn and train staff on additional software where required.
