President and Chief Executive Officer The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency is a unique opportunity to provide collaborative leadership in enhancing patient and family centred standards and partnerships in the delivery of cancer programs and services. In partnership with senior leaders, and operating in a complex and dynamic health care environment, the successful candidate is an innovative, collaborative and transformational leader with a deep commitment to high quality health services and research. Reporting to the Board and Directors, the CEO provides operational leadership to the Agency by reaffirming and communicating the Agency's strategic vision and direction, with a heightened focus on execution and emphasis on active participation of all Agency leaders and teams.

Qualifications:
- Strategic leader with extensive and relevant experience in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of success in a complex, dynamic organization. 15+ years in management/administration, with at least 5 of those years as a senior executive in a health care environment.
- Has significant experience overseeing human, fiscal information and program resources, with a proven ability to successfully implement programs and strategies.
- Has significant experience in developing budgets, overseeing allocation of resources and assessing organizational risk.
- Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity.
- Has extensive knowledge of the health care system in Saskatchewan and across Canada. Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation is considered an asset.
- Holds a minimum Masters-level preparation in Health/Public/Business Administration, Medical Degree, Health - Professional and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
