Description

The ideal candidate should have a well-rounded background in human resources as well as strong communication and organizational skills. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of recruiting, so we are able to find, attract, and hire top talent. The job also handles onboarding of new employees and managing the immigration of new employees to Canada. Duties:
Coordinate recruitment initiatives across the company
Complete job postings, candidate screening, offer letters, and orientations
Track and ensure policy adherence regarding performance evaluations, service awards, and other incentive programs
Conduct new hire orientations
Coordinate immigration of new employees to Canada
Recommend, review, monitor, enforce, and audit Human Resources systems & procedures
Ensure HR documents and employee files are complete, accurate, and organized
Ensure compliance with provincial laws and regulations relating to employment standards, human rights, privacy legislation and employment equity
Prepare monthly HR metrics reports for management

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
Training in human resources or education in related field
Preference given to candidates with Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designations
A good understanding of Employment law in Saskatchewan and HR best practices
Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
Strong attention to detail
Capable of working with minimal supervision as a positive and cooperative team player
Proven confidentiality
Valid driver's license
