Main Duties: This position supports the profitability of Casino operations, by providing sound and strategic management of SIGAs Marketing Programs.  Responsibilities include: Developing and directing SIGAs marketing strategy to capitalize on current and potential market opportunities. Directing, monitoring, assessing and reporting on all SIGA marketing programs. Providing effective leadership and management of Central Office Marketing staff. Developing, coordinating and evaluating SIGA-wide promotions intended to increase casino patronage and revenue. Developing and implementing systems, policies and processes to review, track, and analyze all casino marketing programs. Analyzing and reporting on marketing data, programs, and budget to the VP of Marketing and SIGA Senior Management. Leading or participating in other projects and activities as directed by the VP of Marketing, to ensure the effectiveness and quality of SIGAs overall Marketing activities.
Education: Four Year Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Administration with a specialization in marketing.
Experience: Five years of management experience with a wide range of marketing skills and functions.  Prior casino marketing experience would be an asset.
