The Vice-President of Corporate Services as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and leads and manages the finance, accounting, Support Services, Maintenance, Court Services, insurance, risk management, and information technology. This position is also responsible for overseeing LTC Environmental Services, Laundry, Dietary, privacy services and property development within Jubilee Residences.
The CFO serves as a member of the Leadership Team to create decision- making structures and strategic direction to support and work with managers; to promote effective and efficient operation of the interrelated divisions and facilities of the organization.
In addition to your superior leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills, you have a University degree in Commerce, Accounting, Health Care Administration or related area. Graduate training is preferred. You also have a Chartered Professional Accounting Designation along with 5-7 years post designation career with continued growth in responsibilities. In the last three years you have served in a senior management position with increased complexity. You have experience related to property development and/or health care.
