Description

Jubilee Residences Inc requires a Housing Coordinator/Property Manager for one year to oversee a small portfolio of brand new houses and 246 affordable senior apartments units on both the east and west sides of Saskatoon.
Reporting to the VP of Corporate Services and working within a small but dedicated team of Jubilee Residences Inc. Managers and staff, the successful applicant will have a broad range of responsibilities. These will include, but not be limited to, daily interaction with internal JRI staff, tenants, contractors and suppliers, tenancy reports, filling vacancies, vacancy notices, annual inspections,  and arrears reports. You will also assist with rent collection, and all notifications sent to tenants, assist with capital and operating budgets and invoicing, purchase orders and work on small ad-hoc projects as requested by the VPCS
