Redhead Equipment has an 18-month term opportunity available for an Administrative Process Manager to work out of our corporate head office in Regina, Saskatchewan. This key individual will serve as a strategic expert continuously supporting administrative processes and organizational objectives. Your work will enable the company to maximize productivity by providing ongoing training and standardizing practices across various departments and locations.
ROLE OBJECTIVES + KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Understand our business processes and continuously support the transition to optimization & standardization
*Liaise with AP, AR, Accounting, IT and other departments to create solutions
*Manage issues proactively and follow through on tasks to ensure successful implementation and completion
*Provide support and direction on all administrative processes
*Primary contact for all POS payment terminals
*Embrace the culture, values, and goals of the organization when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
*Recognize administrative opportunities and help sharpen processes or develop new ones
*Collaborate with all departments to provide seamless support for the company
*Assist with special projects as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
*A diploma or degree in Administration with a strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable, *Accounts Receivable, IT and POS Payment Terminals
*Subject matter expertise with CDK or a related business system
*Ability to strategize concepts, develop procedures and implement training with new and existing staff
*A self-starter mentality with capacity to manage priorities and make trade-offs when needs change
*Multitasking skills in an agile environment
*The ability to travel occasionally to our branches throughout Saskatchewan
*Comfort with ambiguity while consistently working towards organizational goals
*5 years experience in similar role
