SEASONAL FULL-TIME DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
WALDHEIM
8 weeks- 40 hours per week
The Seasonal Direct Support Professional provides services to the people supported by Christian Horizons in the absence of the regularly scheduled Direct Support Professional. The Seasonal Direct Support Professional assists with activities of daily living and promotes the implementation of person-centered plans. They work in cooperation with their work team and complete administrative duties as assigned. They seek to promote Christian Horizons Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing peoples gifts, recognizing self-determination, encouraging growth and development.
Requirements: Funded through Service Canada, successful Applicant must have availability to work a total of 320 hours for 8 weeks.
Requirements:
    Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check,
     valid class5 drivers License
     Proof of COVID -19 vaccination-documentation
Experience:
0-3 Months Experience (volunteer or employment), funded through the Canada Summer   Jobs program, the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria of the program.
