Harwood Manor is 72 room personal care home. Personal Care Homes are privately owned and operated facilities that offer adult accommodation and meals as well as 24 hour supervision and assistance with personal care
Currently seeking experienced ,highly organized, self directed individuals with gerontology and supervisory experience. Responsible to monitor, assess, organize and meet the health care needs of our residents as well as provide a supervisory and leadership role to the Personal Support Workers. Day shifts ranging from 6 hours to 8 hours with on call , weekend and stat holiday work involved and non negotiable. Must be able and willing to fill the needs rather than self scheduling. Applicant must be available on short notice. Set rotation of 52 hours in a 4 week period. Must be member in good standing with SALPN.
