The City of Weyburn is currently accepting applications for seasonal full-time employment as Administration Clerk for the upcoming summer season.
Responsibilities:
Serve as general receptionist for the Fire Department by answering phones, receive and direct front counter inquiries;
Assist in implementation of records management;
Manages and directs correspondence information by retrieving, sorting, opening, dating, processing and receipting mail and other documents received;
Create content and maintain social media platforms;
Data Entry;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have computer software application knowledge with high keyboarding efficiency;
Must have computer software experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel;
A certificate or diploma in Business would be considered an asset.
Hold a valid Class 5 Drivers license;
