Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Maintenance Person (Seasonal May 1st  August 31st, 2022) to join our Facilities Team in Prince Albert, SK.

Reporting to facilities team leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Responsible for completing assigned repairs, maintenance and minor construction tasks and carrying out planned maintenance program for the entire association
Responsible for ensuring the properties operate in a clean and safe manner
Complete assigned work in a safe manner at all times, while wearing all appropriate PPE, obeying rules of the road, and following all appropriate safety policies and procedures
To operate all equipment /tools in a safe manner
Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

You have experience and/or knowledge in plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and overall general maintenance skills
You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision

Perfect for a university student or someone looking for summer seasonal employment
Must have a valid Class 5 license  travel is required through out the Lake Country Co-op trading area
Safety equipment is provided and is required at all times
Work is both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
You must have strong attention to detail and are able to remain calm under pressure
Must be physically fit  physical labour is required
