What you will do:

Be responsible for all aspects of the project and maintenance work and have overall accountability for the safety and cost-efficiency of your work
Manage and control projects to ensure that objectives are met in an economical and timely manner, and that applicable standards, procedures and quality control requirements are either developed or met as required
Provide maintenance engineering support to maintain and upgrade Mill facilities, equipment and processes
Be committed to sustaining our safe and positive work environment while having the ability to embrace working side by side with others in a diverse culture
Effectively manage and monitor progress of engineering consultants, contractors and site maintenance staff (if applicable)
