RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employee must approach work with a professional, positive attitude, portraying
a business-like image at all times. Always be neat in appearance, dependable
and punctual.
2. Prepare, balance and audit sales recaps for a variety of P.O.S. systems.
3. Prepare and balance patronage.
4. Reconcile sub ledgers.
5. Sort mail.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High school education, plus post-secondary class in accounting is an asset.
Require good investigative and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills
and knowledge of Excel required. Ability to move files electronically within
computer programs a must. Previous experience an asset.
