- Managing stylists & guest services
- Stylist recruitment & education
- Customer service & scheduling
- Inventory control, product knowledge, merchandising, & pricing
- Monitoring budgets, payroll
- Monthly reporting requirements
- Any other duties outlined by local District Manager
