This position will be based out of our Wadena Region. Our MSR's focus on building relationships with our members in branch, whether its assisting with day-to day needs or utilizing learned knowledge of credit union products and services to help our members succeed . Reporting to the department Team Lead, the MSR is expected to be patient and motivational while taking personal and complete responsibility for every member interaction by providing exceptional, accurate and relevant service as a means to build member loyalty, and satisfy corporate goals and objectives. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to commit to a call in schedule.
