The dual-branded Holiday Inn Express & Staybridge Suites University is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team of hospitality professionals!

Responsibilities
Interacting with existing and potential clients regarding all aspects of the hotels facilities and services
Perform general office duties to support sales & marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Responsible for all client inquiries both existing and prospective regarding requests within the hotel
Communicating with other departments regarding the impact on their operations
Facilitate tours, meetings, and informal packages for all clients with the support of the General Manager
Work in conjunction with the Regional Director of Sales to garner potential clients through group blocks and bookings
Oversee and execute project marketing strategies
Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in Hotel Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business
Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills while maintaining relationships with clients
Ability to make sound decisions, problem-solve and provide alternate solutions
Experienced decision maker with strong analytical skills
