Responsibilities
Over see all Financial Activities (Invoicing, expenses, cash flow, government compliances, profit/loss, budgets)
Audit job progress, profitability, accounts receivable
Prepare Financial Statements
Assist with Financial planning
Prepare, manage, and lead all operational accounting functions
Communicate with owner group crucial information relevant to the decision-making process
Review accounting and internal controls systems
Create and manage business systems
Analyze current accounting operations, and provide improvement suggestions and execute new processes
Determine the efficiency of accounting software and supporting database when needed
Oversee the consolidation of data and reporting all divisions of the company
Delegate tasks to other team members to assist with reporting
Methodical decision making
Qualifications
Accounting Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
Experienced Leader & Manager
Excellent communication skills
Expert knowledge of Quickbooks
Advanced Excel experience
Construction knowledge an asset
7-10 Years Experience
