SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team. The Engineer, Measurement provides engineering services to support the planning, design, installation, operation and maintenance of measurement and gas quality control systems. This includes the provision of technical services for engineering activities or project requirements, ensuring in sound application of engineering practices, technological advancement and identification and recommendations of cost effective, sustainable solutions to support departmental and corporate objectives.
Qualified applicants will possess
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Electronic Systems Engineering is preferred.
- Professional Engineer Designation qualified to practice in Saskatchewan.
- Four (4) plus years of progressive engineering experience related to the measurement and gas quality control systems.
- Limited Member Engineer designation register to practice in Saskatchewan may be considered if applicable to position requirements.
- Must have a continuing record of professional development and continuous learning.
A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
Additional Information
- The job is safety sensitive, and as such, is subject to the provisions of the Drug and Alcohol Policy (Pre-Employment or Pre-Placement for Safety Sensitive Positions).
- Valid Class 5 drivers license is required.
- Travel including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.
