We are seeking an energetic and forward thinking leader to manage the day to day activities in our Saskatoon facility. This permanent full time role is suitable for an incumbent that has a few years of operational experience and is looking for their next step in their career.
The logistics supervisor will ensure all activities are completed to meet our service expectations to our Clients.
Responsibilities:
Train workers in duties and policies.
Resolve work related problems.
Place orders for the materials, equipment and supplies.
- Prepare, pack, schedule, and route orders for delivery
Prepare and submit reports.
Establish work schedules and procedures.
Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products
Consult and organize activities with other teams and departments
Arrange for maintenance and repair work; Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
