MARKETING MANAGER

CAA Saskatchewan requires a results-driven marketing manager to lead a team of marketing professionals and external agencies in achieving business targets. This position includes leadership, coaching, strategic planning, budgeting and both internal and external communication.

Key Job Responsibilities

    Collaborating with business line leaders to translate sales targets into marketing objectives
    Working with external agencies and internal teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns that deliver on marketing objectives
    Working with Strategy team and national stakeholders to understand segmentation and audience needs
    Fostering relationships and managing expectations among senior leadership and stakeholders
    Coaching and developing team members to maximize their engagement and performance
    Representing Saskatchewan on national task forces and committees

Experience & Requirements

    Post-secondary education in business/commerce or other equivalent program.
    At least 5 years of relevant leadership experience, with a significant portion of that in marketing, sales or advertising.
    Experience in coaching and leading teams.
    Strong history of setting and achieving performance goals.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Financial acumen and ability to set and manage budgets.
