Our marketing team needs a results driven B2B sales expert, to develop and maintain current and new business partner relationships for CAA SK. The successful candidate will develop an understanding of partners business needs and seek to align them with the interests of CAA and our Members.
Partnership strategy
Lead development and execution of a partnership strategy for CAA Saskatchewan
Identify and engage key potential partners
Develop and manage partner proposals, contracts, and reporting
CAA Rewards partner management
Manage our current CAA loyalty program partners, seeking opportunities to strengthen and expand their participation in the CAA Rewards Program
Identify relevant, potential Saskatchewan regional Rewards partners and create/ deliver partnership proposals
Exit partner relationships where necessary
Manage partner collaboration on joint marketing
Collaborate with team to respond to Member inquiries specific to partner offers
Negotiate and finalize contracts
Collaborate with team to achieve growth and development
Corporate sales
Lead the development and maintenance of a corporate program for CAA SK
Sell corporate membership packages and nurture corporate member relationships
Competencies
Relationship building, communication and teamwork
Ability to work independently
Ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
Good prioritization, time management and productivity skills
Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in marketing, sales, or another related field
Min 5 years sales/account management experience in a B2B environment
Experience with discount and rewards programs preferred
