BUILDING MAINTENANCE PERSON
Maintenance person required for St. Volodymyr Villa, a five-building seniors residence. Part of a three-person Property Services team. Duties include landlord responsibility for maintenance of suites and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings. Must possess or be eligible for Boiler Certificate. Salary range: Depending on experience and training in the $40,000 range
