Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
Empty Trash, recycling and compost
Cleaning and stock restrooms
Clean windows, and mirrors
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Drive vehicles required to perform or travel to cleaning work
At times will be expected to lift items up to 50 lbs.
Ensure all employees have been assigned areas to work
Ensure all employees are cleaning their assigned areas to Clients expectations
Meet with client liaison daily
Resolve any problems that may come up from time to time
Inspect work performed to ensure that it met the specifications and established standards
Supervise and coordinate the work of staff
Ensure adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ensure the proper maintenance of all cleaning equipment
Ensure proper communication with direct report
Attend all supervisor meetings
Cover when short employees
Keep a strong motivated team of high performing individuals
Make sure the establishment is clean and meets all safety requirements
