Furniture Sales & Marketing Specialist
This position consists of a combination of marketing, design and assisting in sales.
As a valuable member of our team your duties will include:
Creating weekly eblasts to our list of customers
Assist with in store marketing including creating signage
Assist with content creation for digital, radio and print advertising
Updating promotions, flyers and additional marketing content on our website
Manage our social media accounts including creating posts and stories
Updating displays on the sales floor, this will include moving product from the warehouse to the sales floor as required
Assisting clients to source and select products
Manage custom orders including lead times while providing the highest level of customer service
The successful candidate will:
Show a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Be dependable, detail orientated and follow up on tasks until completion
The ability to work in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision is essential
Have strong writing skills and aesthetic sensibility
Have knowledge of social media management including creating posts, stories and reels
Respond to customer online questions or messages in a timely manner
Available to work a variety of shifts including Saturdays
Be physically able to lift/carry over 50lbs
