Highway 9 Ag Services and Top Notch Truck Wash is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to assist in daily office functions. Office is located 3 kms outside of Yorkton, SK city limits, so reliable transportation is a must.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Taking bookings and collecting payments for the truck wash
- A/R and A/P processes
- Data Entry (Entering Dispatching Orders)
- Ensuring filing and records are up to date
- Payroll
- Supplies runs or mail runs as needed
- Assisting other staff as required
- Other duties as assigned

Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must possess a high level of attention to detail and be able to transfer information over with 99% accuracy.
Must be able to work independently and as a team
Previous experience in the agriculture or transportation industries is an asset.
Previous experience with Marketing is an asset.
Experience with Axon Truck Dispatching Software and Microsoft Excel is a bonus but we are willing to train the right individual.
