Viterra is seeking a motivated team player to work as a Trade Execution Coordinator at our Head Office located in Regina, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely administration and processing of commercial grain contracts for vessels, railcars and trucks, as well as assisting the entire Trade Execution team on all execution activities associated with local and overseas shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviews contracts to ensure they are sent out with the appropriate terms and conditions, while collaborating with various stakeholders within Viterra (Trade Execution, Merchandisers and Risk Management).
Assists with the completion of all necessary documentation for various container and bulk vessel shipments with internal and external sources to ensure that all documentation is completed on time and accurately.
Coordinate and manage the processing of sales and purchase contracts with commercial grain customers.
Identifying potential contract discrepancies to Merchandisers and Trade Execution as they pertain to company policies, procedures, and International and National Grain Trading terms.
Gather all relevant month-end reports and submit for review.
Coordinates with Trade Execution, Merchandisers and Commodity Accountants with managing and reporting overseas elevator stock inventories, storage, and truck activities, as well as processing associated invoices and payments.
