-Listen to customers

-Follow rules and regulations based on livestock production

-Inspect meat and other related products brought for processing or sale to ensure they are safe for consumption
-Keep record, budget and inventory of sale
-Avoid contamination by maintaining cleanliness of counter and related areas
-Use butchery tools to grind and tie meat
-Organizing meat for easy identification and selection of customers
-Anticipating and planning of delivery of orders
