C & W RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS LTD. is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a full-time permanent position. We are a well-established construction company with a great reputation. Compensation is negotiable.

Job Duties
    Assist in preparing, keying in, editing, and proofreading documentation, invoices, and correspondence required to accurately and timely submit cost estimates for clients and effectively manage construction projects,
    Create, organize, and archive project files,
    Prepare sub-contractor agreements, invoices, and track document sign off,
    Prepare invoices, present to customers and accept payments,
    Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally,
    Order supplies and maintain inventory,
    Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages,
    Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer

Key Business Skills / Experience Required
    Minimum three year of administrative experience
    Post-secondary education in business administration is an asset
    Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet deadline,
    Self-disciplined with excellent time management skills,
    Strong work ethic and dedicated to providing outstanding client service,
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
    Proficient with Microsoft Office software,
    Thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable juggling various tasks at once,
    Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people of all levels in and outside of the organization,
    Strong professional integrity, a positive disposition, outstanding team spirit and a passion for excellence.
