Working together to provide essential services to communities across Western Canada, we are hiring a Director, Process Operations on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) in Regina, Saskatchewan.

What youll do:
You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational direction to the Process Operations department which includes all operating production areas, comprised of 300 management and in-scope operators. You will be a part of the Refinery Leadership Team that provides strategic leadership for refinery overall direction. This position is the owner of operational excellence in the processing areas of the refinery and is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and environmentally sustainable operations of the plant.

Who you are:
You are looking for a leadership career in Manufacturing and Refining and:
You have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering
You have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience inoperations (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Membership in the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists ofSaskatchewan (APEGS) as a Professional Engineer is required.
Incident Command System Level II certification is preferred.
