Pro Exteriors Inc. is seeking a Service & Warranty Technician to join our team in Saskatoon.  

Primarily Responsibilities:
Answer calls, and emails from customers and assist the General Manager with the evaluation of the job.
Assist with the preparation of the quotes after analyzing take off requirements to complete the job.
Present customer with quote.
Schedule subtrades and manage their performance during absence or as requested by the General Manager.
Follow-up materials logistics insuring materials are on site or available.
Check job sites regularly to insure that they are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
Check subtrades timeliness, quality and production.
Return excess materials insuring that each job has been noted for dispersal.
Manage customer expectations by explaining what is and is not covered by warranty.
Compile, summarize, and provide to General Manager on a weekly summary.
Work with North Ride Construction and Quality Assurance to coordinate the completion of service requests from North Ridge.  
Liaise with subtrades and customers to coordinate required service work and resolve issues.
Assist in the planning, scheduling and monitoring of construction activities.
Complete inspection of each completed home.
Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in the eave trough, soffit and fascia industry
3 years experience in the construction industry for exterior finishes including siding (vinyl and hardy board) as well as stone accent product.
Ability to read house plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Valid drivers license, insurable by North Ridge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions from hot to cold.
Must be a resident of Saskatchewan and be legally able to work in Canada.
