Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper for a local bookkeeping and consultancy firm in Regina. The ideal candidate will have experience/certification with Quickbooks online, as well as 2-5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Job Duties:
Maintaining records of financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
Recording financial data into general ledgers.
Maintain the trial balance by a reconciliation of general ledgers.
Making corrective adjustments.
Monitoring variances from the projected budget.
Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
Accounting Diploma or Degree is an asset.
Administrative Writing and Data Entry Skills.
Experience/Certification with Quickbooks Online.
2-5 years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience.
Ability to Analyze Financial Information and Reporting Research Results.
Attention to Detail and Thoroughness.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Self-Motivated with Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
