What Youll do:
You will be responsible for leading a team of various trade employees. This includes: Setting safety, performance and developmental expectations for trade groups reporting to this position; conducting regular field audit to make sure safety procedures are followed and work is executed in a timely and cost-effective manner meeting the agreed-upon Maintenance schedule.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:
You have a Grade 12 diploma plus an Interprovincial Journeyperson or Proficiency certificate in one of the designated trades within Saskatchewan, with a minimum of 8+ years of progressive trades experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience. Experience in a relevant industry is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Instrumentation trade
You have strong computer literacy skills, especially knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
You have a proven ability to lead teams, demonstrating outstanding leadership and communication skills.
Youre a strategic thinker who is able to build and maintain relationships, an influencer who is able to get things started with integrity and courage.
