Who you are:

You are a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether it is responding to an emergency request, working through light construction projects, conducting regular inspections or managing any team issues.

What you bring:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in building/property maintenance.
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment.
- Ability to identify required maintenance and co-ordinate with contractors; obtaining quotes and managing to property budgets.
- Solid tenant relations  responding to tenant calls for service.
- Pride in service delivery to the properties, tenants, and Property Management team.
- A valid drivers license.

Bonus skills and experience:
- Fireman Boiler Operator Certificate.
- Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems.
- Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response.
