Required Skills:

- Upbeat and self motivated personality
- Valid drivers license
- Attentive to detail
- Ability to learn skills necessary for the refinishing technician role, including utilizing small hand tools and spray equipment safely and efficiently
- Effective communicator
- Must be able to exercise independent judgement, solve problems on your own and make sound decisions
- Willingness to work overtime on occasion
- Additional safety training to be completed upon hire (WHIMIS, first aid, etc.)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
