Personal Care Aides are responsible for supporting our residents with all daily activities, dressing and undressing, personal hygiene and encouraging residents to maintain independence.  Personal Care Aides work with a team and are expected to respectful team players.  This a private care home that operates 7 days a week 24 hours a day with staff.
Applicants would qualify for this position through the completion of a grade 12.  Previous experience working with seniors would be an asset.  Basis first aid and food safe along with a 2 day Personal Care Home Worker Course is to be obtained with in the first 23 months of hire.  A Personal Care Aide will have a criminal record check with vulnerability in order to obtain employment.
