Education:
Completion of post-secondary 2-year diploma in Mechanical Technologist or Engineering discipline from any recognized institute in Canada or equivalent international qualification. The candidate having certificate with wide experience in product support, designs, and new business initiatives can also be considered.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have 3+ years experience in product design with exposure to metal fabricating manufacturing. Familiarity with farm and light industrial equipment is beneficial and background in agriculture is also an asset. Preference will be given to candidates with Hydraulic experience.
Duties:
-Product design and engineering activities
-Customer support and assistance
-Research & development of new models and products
-Manufacturing information and quality control support
Skills:
-Study and Making of Technical Schematic Drawings for product improvement and design
-Trouble shooting aptitude
-Effective written and verbal English communication skills
-Blending innovation with strong problem-solving skills
-Flexible, energetic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Good organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple projects
