YOU RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, organizing, and supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and other staff;
Schedule and confirm appointments;
Ensuring records of services provided are well kept;
Providing administrative support to staff within the studio as necessary
Distributing and coordinating administrative work to staff
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative policies, systems, and procedures
Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff and taking corrective action when necessary
Setting staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Ensuring the studio is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment is working and properly maintained.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services.

Has the ability to solve problems independently
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Flexible use Microsoft and other computer
At least 1-year experiences of working in relevant area
